I feel like everyone has their own purpose for being here and I get lots of fulfilment through helping others. I believe mind-body connection is so important to creating and maintaining general well-being, and my favourite way to improve both of these areas is Yoga!
I like to think that Yoga can be practiced by absolutely anyone; whether you want to relax, build muscle strength, relieve stress, tension and anxiety, soothe sore muscles, improve your relationship with yourself and others or simply have no “goal” in mind but just want to get out there and try something new! The beneficial effects of yoga are individual to each person and that’s what makes it so fantastic.
